We take great pride in our collection and hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not please feel free to return the item for store credit. We will gladly assist you within 7 days of purchase. This applies to regular-priced items only. All sale and clearance items are final sale.

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately @ info@modestroyale  We cannot accept any damage items after 3 day of delivery.

• We do not accept any worn items.
• We do not accept washed items
• We do not accept item deemed used by our returns department.
• We do not accept any damaged items due to customers fault

RETURN SHIPMENT

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
• We recommend adding tracking to your return.
• The buyer is responsible for shipping costs 
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery date.

We reserves the right to add a restocking fee to each return that doesn't follow this policy, if authorized.
